► Length - This Guitar is a full size guitar. It is 39 inches. ► Materials - we chose High-Quality woods to build the torso of your Guitar - Spruce top and Mahogany Back, Sides & Cervix! These woods non only looks incredible, they are also neat tonewoods.	► The Fingerboard is fabricated out of Walnut. The Walnut is a popular wood used in many musical instruments. ► The cervix in this guitar is fabricated of Mahogany.	► TUSQ Nut - The Nut in this Guitar is TUSQ's. In most beginner guitars , the nut is made out of plastic. The nut directly influences the tone and audio of the guitar as it is in direct contact with the strings!

► TUSQ Saddle - The Saddle in this Guitar is TUSQ'due south. In almost beginner guitars , the saddle is made out of plastic. I judge I am going to be the party pooper here. It may simply exist a $100 guitar, but when I buy something, I like to get what I ordered. What I received was not the aforementioned as the image shown here. First, the color of the top is much lighter than pictured, so the heel is missing a slice and is not flush with the back of the guitar (as shown on pictures), the span is not finished... merely a piece of rough looking wood (different the i shown on pictures, which is conspicuously polished), information technology does non even seem to be glued directly. The saddle is way besides high causing high action that makes playing pretty hard. The clear coat on the top is unevenly applied and pitted, the glue job on the neck effectually the audio hole is pretty sloppy, the paint task on the fretboard is also sloppy, the inside of the headstock is not finished at all (just has some random splatter from when they practical varnish around it)...So not exactly what is shown on the pictures. Some might say that these are just small cosmetic bug, only if Hola skimped on such small things as the finish of the bridge, it makes me wonder what kind of shortcuts they took on the structural assembly (hidden parts) of the guitar...It sounds ok, but does not keep the melody (I had to retune a couple of time while playing, which is bad since I am a beginner and I don't play hard at all). That may settle over time merely I may have returned it before that. I just don't capeesh that I am sold something dissimilar than what is represented. Regardless of price consideration. If they say that I tin can have what's on the pic for $115, then they can afford information technology! So that'south what they should send me. Period.

I am 5'i" with patently small hands and own iii Taylor GS Minis (23.5" scales) and a Fender Mustang ninety (24" scale). I love small scale guitars, which are tough to find, and decided, since I am interested in didactics myself fingerstyle, to take a run a risk on this instrument as it probably has most a 23" scale length, which I verified it does.I couldn't wait to open the box and was totally delighted at the sheer quality the musical instrument has. It is absolutely beautiful, and ane would think it cost a great deal more.I tuned information technology up and played a few blues riffs and a bit of fingerstyle and was amazed at the projection and commanding "voice" this lilliputian guitar has! This is admittedly one of the biggest and best bargains I take ever gotten. It is easier to play fingerstyle on information technology as the strings are slightly further autonomously and you can go your right hand fingers onto the strings more than easily without slipping off.This is a beautiful get-go guitar for a young person just starting to learn and when I read through the reviews, I noted several other physically smaller adults had bought it for themselves. It is easier to go your correct arm over and makes playing chords easier than a 24.75" or 25.5" scale. This price point for such a beautiful instrument is cypher brusk of amazing. Whether you are ownership it for a kid or for yourself, this is a value not to be missed. You won't be disappointed!

For context and background..From a mid-50s player of 45+ years.. with some formal classical grooming, and having owned a plethora of guitars (electrical, classical [including handbuilt, solid wood classicals] and some more 'modest' guitars) over the years..Beauty/Aesthetics: 9/10Playability: 8/10Sound/Tone/Projection: vii/10Sound by component qualities:*(with new carbon trebles and a few refinements)Sustain -- 9/10*Top-cease Response: 7/10Low-terminate Response: viii/10Mids Response: 8/10Stock, out of the box, it is a adequately 'mid-rangey' sounding guitar. With new strings andrefinements, the meridian-end can exist accentuated making it much brighter with better projection.Nice features:Good quality wood/materials (cervix, fingerboard, bridge, top [bandbox laminate], back/sides [mahogany laminate] etc)Fretboard bindingGraphite saddle and nutAdjustable truss rodWish list for future builds:* A little more attention to frets* Thinner poly finish would be desirableNow for a personal testimonial:I ordered this via Amazon on March 10. It arrived (via UPS) on March 14. I unboxed, tuned information technology up and began to give it the usual evaluation and setup I would give any new guitar. Everything *seemed* fine at first, simply later a full day had passed I noticed that two of the back braces had been croaky and one (the lower tour 'waist') brace was separated from the back for about 50% of it'due south length (the damage appeared to have been washed by shipper -- not the mill). At about this same fourth dimension, Adam from Hola! instruments sent a customer follow-up email. I replied to Adam and explained about the broken back braces; simply at the same time, I told him I liked the guitar and idea I would probably keep it. I told him I could pretty easily glue the braces to the back of the body ok (which I did). For my fourth dimension and trouble, he was generous enough to send me a new prepare of D'addario carbon treble strings. He was very responsive to my concerns and acted quickly on them. I highly recommend carbon treble strings on this guitar. They bring out a much brighter and 'cleaner' tone for the e,b,chiliad strings. (I employ D'addario set EJ46FF)I'll be looking for an even ameliorate Hola! two.0 classical guitar in the hereafter. If you're an experienced player and have setup an acoustic guitar previously, yous will observe this a trivial jewel to work and play on.
